Can WiredScore and SmartScore certifications be applied to existing buildings and buildings in development?

WiredScore certification for offices and homes and SmartScore certification can be applied to both new and existing buildings.

To certify an office space you can choose between WiredScore certification: Office (occupied) and WiredScore certification: Office (development) depending on the stage of completion that your building is at. Read more
