Based in NYC but with global reach, WiredScore are looking for an EA to primarily support our Founder and sit within our People Operations team.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team; with exposure to a number of people related projects, and working with all areas of a quickly scaling organisation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Full calendar management for our Founder
- Organise and ensure the smooth running of our biweekly global call, sourcing topics and presenters
- Planning our monthly and quarterly company strategy sessions, along with other regular team meetings
- Arranging birthdays & anniversary celebrations as well as other office events
- General office support like ensuring we’re fully stocked (when we’re back in!)
- Source team gifts including stash for our core values week
- Manage all correspondence (phone/post)
Key attributes we’re looking for in a candidate:
- Organisation is key - you should be comfortable managing multiple events and priorities
- Relationship building - vital to allow you to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Problem solving - able to work independently
- Confidentiality - with support from the People Operations team
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience working as an EA (ideally within a startup environment)
- Calendar management and team support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
