Ir Billy Cheung, an accomplished and highly experienced professional in the field of building services engineering. With over 19 years of expertise, he specializes in Intelligent & Green Building Solutions, covering a broad spectrum of areas such as Information and Communication Technologies, Security & ELV Solutions, Building Automation Solutions, Energy and Building Efficiency Solutions, Home Automation Systems, Hotel Guestroom Control Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Laboratory Air Flow Control and Pressure Stabilisation Control Systems, and Audio & Visual Systems.

Billy’s extensive knowledge and experience extend beyond design and installation to encompass engineering and maintenance of large-scale Intelligent & Green Building Solutions contracts. In his current role, he oversees the sales and service operation of the Intelligent & Green Building Solutions department, where he employs his exceptional leadership skills.

Actively involved in the E&M industry, Billy is an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Electrical Contractors’ Association. He holds multiple professional qualifications, including being a Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) in Control, Automation & Instrumentation + Electronics, BEAM Professionals (New Building), Member of Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society (BSOMES), SmartScore AP Office, WiredScore AP Office Development & Occupied, Certified Energy Manager (CEM®), and LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design & Construction) LEED AP® (BD+C).

In recognition of his significant contributions to ATAL, Billy was appointed as the Company Director of ATAL Building Services Engineering Ltd in 2023.
