WiredScore’s certification standards are updated every two years. The development process is led by our Research & Development team in collaboration with the WiredScore Governance Council. The Council is an invitation-only forum of senior leaders from landlords, developers, occupiers and technology experts who help ensure our standards reflect real-world practices, evolving market expectations and emerging trends, while remaining commercially relevant, technically robust and globally applicable.
