Ghelamco Poland

Ghelamco Poland is a leader in the commercial real estate market in Poland and a pioneer in ESG, innovation and citygenic projects in the office market. Throughout its 32 years of activity as an investor, developer and general contractor, the company has established its leading position by delivering more than 1,200,000 sqm of first-class office, residential, retail and warehouse space. The sales volume of completed projects exceeds €1.3 billion. The company is part of Ghelamco – one of the largest international developers in Europe, operating in Belgium, France, the UK and Cyprus. In Poland, it carries out its investments in, among others, Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Łódź and Wrocław.

Ghelamco has been consistently setting the directions of the Polish real estate market for years. As the first developer in Poland, it certified its office buildings in the prestigious BREEAM system (2010), SmartScore and WiredScore (2022), and discovered the office potential of the capital’s Wola district, creating the business centre of Warsaw in the vicinity of the Daszyńskiego roundabout. As a result, in 2021 ARQBÓREA became the first WiredScore and SmartScore certified building in the country and the fourth SmartScore certified building in the world. One year later, our iconic building Castellana 81 became the first office tower in Spain to achieve both certifications with Platinum level. WiredScore and SmartScore provide an objective evaluation tool that helps to increase transparency and professionalism in the industry.

GSG Berlin

Um den Anforderungen in Gegenwart und Zukunft gerecht zu werden, investiert die GSG Berlin kontinuierlich in umfangreiche Bestandsentwicklungen unter eigener Regie. Neben Modernisierungen der teils historischen Gewerbehöfe und Nachverdichtungsprojekten liegt ein besonderer Fokus auf der Nachhaltigkeit. Während der größte Beitrag dazu im Erhalt des Bestandes liegt, wurden bereits 2012 mehr als 39.000 Quadratmeter Dachfläche mit Photovoltaikmodulen ausgestattet. Hibernia’s statement of intent is to become a net zero carbon and climate-resilient business by 2030. We have implemented AI technology in our flagship buildings which continuously monitor key air quality parameters including temperature, CO2, TVOC, PM2.5, humidity, light and occupancy and adjusts the HVAC equipment to respond in real time to the demands of the building, the result delivering greater than 48% reduction in gas and electricity demand.

We have created a dedicated space within our campus ‘The Green Room’ to promote wellness activities, workshops, yoga, pilates, we have steam pods installed in our changing rooms for the benefit of our occupiers We have rolled out a company app for all occupiers to allow immediate communication, promotion and booking of our dedicated space for company events.
