    The deadline to register your building or portfolio for WiredScore and SmartScore certifications and earn up to 21.5 extra points on your GRESB score is 31 December 2024. Speak to a team member to get started.

     

     

    Since 2022, WiredScore and SmartScore certifications have been recognized as Green Building Certifications by GRESB. This enables buildings with either certification to get more points during their GRESB submission.
