Brent Cross Town
Brent Cross Town is the first place in Europe to achieve both WiredScore and SmartScore Neighbourhood certifications.
Brent Cross Town is an £8bn, 180-acre park town development in north London being delivered by Related Argent, in partnership with Barnet Council. One of Europe’s largest net-zero regeneration projects, this pioneering mixed-use new town, when complete, will comprise 6,700 new homes, workspace for 25,000 people, schools, a high street, leisure spaces and over 50 acres of parks and playing fields.
Brent Cross Town is guided by four pledges: to be London’s home for participation in sport and play; to be a place where all can flourish; to be a net zero carbon town by 2030; and to drive new physical and social connections.
Brent Cross Town has significant delivery momentum. A new mainline train station, Brent Cross West, is open and connects with St Pancras International in central London in as little as 12 minutes. Seven buildings are under construction, comprising six residential buildings providing over 930 homes across a mix of tenures, and the first office building, 3 Copper Square. www.brentcrosstown.co.uk
