I have led delivery teams at different enterprises in different sectors and organizations as Procurement manager and Digital Program Manager of a Smart Building.

In the last 7 years I have led the MOL Campus Digital Program Office to design, deliver and operate the MOL Campus smart building vision in a scale agile working method with involvement of 6 scrum teams.

I founded an advisor and smart integrator company called NEOX Smart Solutions Plc. Our mission is to empower our clients with cutting-edge solutions that enhance building efficiency, productivity, and sustainability, transforming spaces into smart, adaptive environments that meet the demands of not only today but tomorrow as well.
