David is an Industrial Engineer, from the Carlos III University of Madrid, MBA Instituto de Empresa. In addition to his WiredScore AP accreditation, he is also a member of RICS, LEED AP accredited, a BREEAM Assessor, a WELL AP and a WELL Faculty.
David is an expert in Consulting on Sustainability and Technological Innovation. He is a Sustainability and Innovation Director at HOMU WELLTECH, specializing in the application of environmental sustainability protocols to new developments, including drawing on the protocols of WiredScore Certification.
David also works at the IE Business School; he is Head of the Advanced Real Estate Innovation program “Proptechat” and is a Professor on the Advanced Asset Management program.
