With over 15 years of experience at EN3 Sustainability Solutions, I lead the sustainability team and have successfully facilitated more than 350 green building and smart infrastructure projects across the globe. My work spans large campuses, commercial complexes, interior fit-outs, and existing building retrofits.

Notable projects include the full portfolio of Nucleus Office Parks, TRIL (Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited) commercial developments across India, and assets under Brookfield Properties, Grundfos, and Danfoss, among others.

I specialize in the implementation of high-performance building standards and digital connectivity frameworks, with expertise in both national and international rating systems such as LEED, WELL, GRIHA, IGBC, EDGE, and TRUE Zero Waste. I am also actively involved in policy development and code advisory to advance sustainability at scale.

I hold multiple industry-recognized credentials, including LEED Fellow, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, WELL Faculty, WiredScore AP, SmartScore AP, GRIHA Evaluator, IGBC AP, TRUE Advisor, EDGE Auditor, and am a certified Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Specialist.
