Getting a building WiredScore Certified is a straightforward three step process

Audit

After an initial kick-off call, we’ll schedule a site visit. Our engineers will then conduct a full survey of your property, which we’ll use to produce a detailed report, suggesting improvements to your digital infrastructure and highlighting marketable features that you might not be aware of. The 2 year Certification period begins once this report is received.

The 2 year Certification period begins once this report is received.

From audit to report creation is generally a four-week process.

Improvement

Once reviewing your report with the WiredScore team, pursue recommended improvements to the building’s digital infrastructure to increase tenant experience and WiredScore certification level. We’ll give you a temporary “Under Certification” label whilst the audit and improvement steps are being undertaken. Throughout this process, our Client Success Team will be there to help you ensure you meet your target certification level.

Once the targeted improvements have been made, you’ll have a WiredScore certification. Congratulations, you’re the proud owner of one of the world’s best-connected buildings!

What's considered

Our scorecard is easy to follow and measures five key aspects of your building’s digital capabilities, ranging from its ability to adapt to future technology, to the overall quality of the user experience.

Resilience

Resilience

How robust and secure is your digital infrastructure? Is there a backup fiber entry point, and protection against damage or flood? In short, how assured are your tenants of uninterrupted broadband?

Future Readiness

Future Readiness

Does your digital infrastructure have the flexibility and capacity to adapt to new technology? So your tenants can be confident their building is as future-proofed as can be.

Mobile

Mobile

Does the mobile coverage stretch into every corner of the property? How about the basement carpark? Is the building 5G ready, and if not, what plans are in place?

Choice of Providers

Choice of Providers

Are there multiple high-speed fiber providers to choose from? Because more choice means more competitive pricing, and gives your tenants a potential backup if one service goes down.

User Experience

User Experience

Does the building offer people seamless digital connectivity? How strong is the WiFi in common areas? Will your video keep streaming as you ride the elevator to the 38th floor?
