WiredScore enters its tenth APAC market – Vietnam

29 October 2025, Ho Chi Minh City: WiredScore, the global company behind the internationally recognized digital connectivity rating system for real estate, has officially launched operations in Vietnam.

Huong Viet Holdings has become the first developer in Vietnam to pursue and achieve WiredScore certification. In addition, The Hallmark by Huong Viet Holdings is the first in the country to achieve certification, with their building The Hallmark earning the highest rating of Wiredscore Platinum.

With buildings already undergoing certification in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, New Zealand, Macau, India, the Philippines, and Taiwan, Vietnam becomes WiredScore’s tenth market in the region, underscoring the company’s commitment to improving digital infrastructure standards across Asia’s fast-evolving property sector.
