New forum of senior industry leaders will help shape the evolution of WiredScore’s global technology certification standards

WiredScore today announced the launch of its Governance Council, an exclusive forum bringing together senior industry leaders to help guide the future of technology in real estate.

The Council has been formed to guide how WiredScore’s global standards continue to define real estate’s technical requirements for meeting the rapidly evolving occupier needs that are reshaping the built environment.

The WiredScore Governance Council brings together a diverse group of cross-industry leaders from companies including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Microsoft. Their role is to guide and uphold the global standard for technology in real estate, ensuring it remains rigorous, globally applicable, and impartial. Council input will directly influence the direction of WiredScore’s standards and products going forward.

The pace of technological change in the real estate industry continues to accelerate. The WiredScore Governance Council will ensure our standards can accurately reflect these changes whilst also retaining our independence. We are proud to be working alongside some of the most forward-looking companies in the industry to help us achieve this.
