Introducing a special report by Radius Data Exchange and WiredScore.
Occupiers are increasingly favouring connectivity over location, according to Radius Data Exchange and WiredScore data.
Findings show how occupiers are likely to pay 5% more in rent for London office space with strong connectivity than for similar space without a guarantee of high digital performance. Digital buildings also attract a higher presence of tech, media and telecoms occupiers with a 30.2% share of occupancy to their names. In non-digital buildings, this share drops by more than half at 14%.
